Refund policy

We offer refunds within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. Items that have been used, damaged, or opened (especially health or personal care products) cannot be returned or refunded. Discounted or clearance items are also non-refundable.
To request a refund, please contact us at cst1784753755@gmail.com with your order number and proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account first, then contact your credit card company or payment provider. Refund processing time may vary. If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at cst1784753755@gmail.com.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund amount unless the return is due to our mistake (such as defective or incorrect items).
