Shipping policy

We process all orders within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 7–15 business days. Please note that delivery may be delayed due to customs inspections, holidays, or unexpected logistics issues.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs clearance. Once your package is handed over to the shipping carrier, we have limited control over the delivery process.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If an incorrect address is provided and the package cannot be delivered, the buyer may be responsible for reshipping costs.
